You really are at least part Irish, aren't you? I know you talk about the last name you grew up with if people make anti-Hispanic remarks, but I'm pretty sure I remember you saying that you're actually Irish.

Through my mother I'm Irish and German with a smidge of Scottish. According to my birth certificat I also have Mexican, French, Spanish, and Apache. Going on gut instinct though that man isn't really my father and the man I think is my real father is Irish and Scottish. :-)

My ancestral home is County Waterford Ireland.

I'm a mutt myself, but mostly German, English and Scottish. My dad wouldn't admit that we had any Irish blood because he grew up when they were the group to look down on, but it seems odd that we could have all that other British and European blood but none from the Irish on the next isle over. Hmmmm....
