Eating Lasagna

If you have stparker on your friends list then you may have already read that we had dinner with friends last night and that Kerr Cuhulain and his wife were there. It really bugs me that stparker reduced this really wonderful lady down to just a wife! She is Kerr’s wife but she has a name damnit and as I just said, is a wonderful lady. Phoenix McFarland.

We drove an hour and a half to the west to go eat dinner with Rainbow Zend (who will have a LJ as soon as I set it up for her) and her husband Don who is a really great cook! He made lasagna which was to die for and some delicious stuffed jalapeno peppers. Everything was scrumptious and totally not on my diet! We had a very good time though because it’s always nice to spend time with friends, old and new.

Something really funny though was that Phoenix is also on a diet and she said that everywhere they have been on this trip where they stopped to dine with friends they have eaten lasagna. ROFLMAO!!! I told her that the Goddess must have a craving. *wink*
